A tandem skydive is the ideal way to experience the thrill of skydiving without having to do hours of training. Because you are attached to an experienced tandem instructor for the entire jump, all that is required is a short 10 minute briefing covering exiting the aircraft and body position while in freefall. The Paraglider is the simplest, most lightweight form of aircraft known to man, so this makes taking you to soar with the birds quick and easy.

After a brief, clip in and safety checks, your pilot will kite the paraglider above your heads, then, with a few steps, you and your pilot will be gently lifted from the launch to begin your free flight experience. Flights are generally flown around day-break, when air conditions are traditionally clear, calm, cool and stable.

Having met at dawn, you will be driven in our 4-wheel drive vehicles to a suitable launch site chosen by one of our very experienced New Zealand licenced pilots.

Following a detailed flight briefing, you will then be invited to assist the pilot and crew to prepare the balloon for flight. Once aboard the wicker basket, your magical flight begins. The launch is so gentle you will hardly realise you have left the ground.    More>
